Herbaceous Perennial

A tough and sturdy, drought tolerant perennial with wonderful seasonal flow. In spring, foliage emerges and grows strongly upright on purple stems, as the season progress pink flowers form and age to progressively darker hues, which if allowed to remain until late fall and winter, the remaining seed heads have a pleasing structure and provide food for birds.
