Bergenia cordifolia 'Winter Glow'

Pigsqueak

Bergenia cordifolia 'Winterglut', Bergenia cordifolia ‘Vinterglöd’

Evergreen Perennial

Outstanding Qualities
Vivid magenta bell-shaped flowers rise on stout stalks in springtime. The leaves can be up to 10 inches long by 8 inches wide and, in wintertime, they are often burnished in shades of red and bronze. The beautiful glossy green, oval foliage is perfect in rockeries or amongst fine-leaved companions.

Culture Notes
Plant in full sun and water regularly or in light to open shade and water occasionally during the dry season. Bergenia will grow well in most soil types as long as they are well-drained.
