Plant Combo with Foliage Focus Spilling Down Slope

This trio of plants, selected first for foliage, has good seasonal flow as well. The dwarf fountain grass is pictured at its peak of bloom, but it will continue to look good in the garden for many months, even after it goes dormant. Earlier in the season the bergenia had vivid pink blooms but its bold foliage is a nice contrast to the river of finely textured succulent foliage of Sedum confusum all year round.
